Dubious name but https://www.bestforeignexchange.com/contact-us.php almost always has the best rates if you're able to collect.
Best is to check on Money Saving Expert, there's some tool on there where you plug in what you want and it tells you the best options.

Or get a Monzo card and pay no fees for using it abroad, and get the day's visa exchange rate.
