Start calling up your favourite wheelbuilders? DCR might have one, although he has his own preferences for tandem rims (Velocity Chukker if I remember correctly). JD Tandems might too.
eBay also has some for ~£60Edit: these guys claim to have some. There's a thread on yacf that talks through alternatives (ie sputniks).
