Yeah, the only new Cinellis I've seen in a 26 have the 'milky' anodising, whereas the bars I've got are shiny, so it doesn't really go (first world problems). I've got some shiny Cinelli stems but they're 26.4. The one pictured looks a bit long - is it definitely a 90?
