However, there was a bit of a disaster in that I somehow threaded the boss for the rear brake. Nothing to be done but un build, cut off, weld a new one and repaint. Considering who's it is, I dont think I'll even fully repaint, especially as the brakes are hidden by the cranks anyway.
Not ideal, but child being present kept swearing to a minimum....
