Start sheet for the national 100 is up, need to work out final hydration/nutrition plan, will be testing a few different bladders this week, think I'll stick to water, and rely on gels for energy. probably the zipvit ones a they have 50g+ of carbohydrate per gel so reduces total volume I need to carry/faff about with.
