Haha Unfinished Monkey Business is famously my most disappointing album ever (ok ok so it was never going to be Kid A but I had high hopes back in sixth form), sounds like a stoner pissing around with a 4 track and a keyboard

it does have My Star on it which to my mind is probably his finest moment

Corpes is still alright to be fair. I remember buying the first couple of singles, good god, the b-sides

This is a strange thread. So negative. Plenty of worse crap on that we're all forced listen to... I can see going on about that.... but to seek this out and then moan. Don't really get that.

Positive discussion can be found in the Listening thread, the roses have been picked out for special attention due to the unredeemable clusterfuck their career has been for the last 20-odd years

Let's remember that this is a band who openly said they wanted to shoot Prince Charles and smother the Queen Mother with a pillow. That excuses any amount of duff comeback singles and lacklustre vocals.

Hampden Park last night. Ian Brown's vocals were dire. Reni was playing drums to three different tunes all at once and the four of them looked like they'd rather have been anywhere than on stage with one another
We had a wicked night!

Was riding home while I think the supper band were on last night. Shawlands was a sea of bucket hats on people who clearly either spend the rest of their lives in suits, or tracksuits.
The rubbish this morning too! Looked like the bins had exploded.
