I did the CC London F10/10 tonight. I originally picked the event on the recommendation that it would be a fast course for fixed, but they changed it due to roadworks.
It was pretty bumpy, with a fierce headwind on the way back, but I did 23:46 which was enough for 5th overall with a small field, 30 seconds off 3rd place and a tenner. The winner was riding his first TT and did a short 21, which was ridiculous given the course and conditions.
One day I will finally do a fast 10 course that's actually well suited to fixed. I keep getting told I've done well, 'considering'. I want a go with no excuses!
