I knock out about 100 milestones week go to and from work... the temption of taking the train is getting greater as more fair weather cyclists come out to play... maybe I will just join the Regent's Park folks!
My home to work is only 7 miles so I'd stretch it out to 13 but after the 4th time of being knocked off I quit that. Instead I roll into Regents Park early early and enjoy the miles and the start of the day and so far I've stayed upright. My wife is happy!
Yeah I know, my route at the min is against rush hours traffics because I work out of town, so it's OK most days. I use to have to go to Kings X, I did that horrific Blackfrair bridge for 3 years including the before, during and after that stupid superhighway.
