Brother cycles... Cheap as chips frames

Less trail actually, track bike tend to have longer trail = less nimble but more stability.

Also the frames look to have similar geo but the Bob Jackson fork (based purely on images) looks like it has slightly more trail.

Forks don't have trail. Forks have rake.

What are people's thoughts on the Swift Track? Looks fast:

Kind of tempted but don't really dig the brown colour. Which might not be such an issue if the carbon fork wasn't also painted.

I love the frame, but I'm also not keen on the colour.

A couple of friends have the newer one, and a couple had the older ones. really nicely finished frames and well put together. I really like them. One of the lads abused the hell out of his but it took it all in its stride.

Dolan are foookin boring and if you buy one everybody will think you're mancunian.

You can also be safe in the knowledge that the business is run by 2 really nice blokes (the brothers) and you're supporting a small UK company.

I had a 631 track for about a month, took it to Japan with me. Put quite a few miles on it and lugged on and off about a dozen trains. It was great but was sold it to make room. Now someone else is loving it.

Will there be any stainless bikes? I'm sure there are protype stainless swift hanging about.

At the moment there's just my teammate's prototype stainless Swift. Different geo, headtube and fork. AFAIK it's not 100% going to go to production yet, but if so will be 2018 as well I gather.

Frame looks good. But my god that build is gash.

Fortunately it's my bike then and not yours. I love it and it's fast as shit.
