NOS frame but dirt under decal and not lacquered? Seat cluster is odd for Rossin and the fork crown with decal but no panto is suspect. If you're selling at that price the frame number should be verified by Rossin to prove provenance. If you got this from BLB then I'm just going to float the possibility of Rycharski

Here's some pics of the real shit. This frame is a repaint for sure. I have not seen other frame designs with MAX tubing that what I have here (fastback seatstays). W_waters flickr is also a good source to check. If the seller is kind enough, please post details about the seat lug, bb area and the droputs

I don't necessarily think the frame even would be fake as the pics of the red pursuit seems to share similarities. The misisng fork crown pantographs seems odd but if the frame is repaint, then those might be filled. The forkmount seems like other rossins. Nice frame and cheap price!
