Probably an idea to do it sooner rather than later, I see a lot of stories about them cracking on Retrobike and the like. Won't be many left soon.

Yeah, that's what put has me off before (have been very close, like dammit). That and weighing in at nearly 100kgs at the time, which wouldn't have helped!

My 1995 Breezer Thunder out in the evening sun. I was a huge fan of the Lightning back in the mid-nineties but this Thunder was the best thing I could get (20 years after date...).

Bit of a mongrel but O.G stem, cranks and Ritchey Forcelite bars being fitted soon should make it a little more retro correct;

The one decent looking, non quill stemmed bike on this thread. Oh wait it is the only modern bike here.

Slight déjà vu here, I think I've met you too.... Klein's and merlins? .. I think it was the paragon falling leaves a few years back.

@Rik_Van_Looy I do ride this event and I have ridden a Klein and a Merlin on it, so possibly it was me. What were you riding at the time?
I am currently commuting on an XLM Merlin, but I have no photos of it that are worthy !!!
@Saarf Somewhere on this site are pictures of the two Kleins as we rode them to Paris in under 24 hours a few years ago
I've been close to buying a Pace on a number of occasions now, not yet gone through with it.
The Raleigh Montage brings back memories - that was my first ever new bike, was stolen from my parents shed. If it has the upgraded (green cable covers) Suntour shifters then it might be my old one!
