I can imagine massive disagreements when the business is doing well.
the business is building cash reserve there will be a mix of people some that may feel that they should extract the profits to enhance wages. I private enterprise may increase a yearly bonus but the owner would more then likely bank profits and hopefully that would still be available when things arent going so well ie a recession. Co op is more likely to fail in those times.
May be that just shit economic thought tho.
A friend of mine who used to work a co-op bakery in South London says that many people lost the idealism. I think she said there were also changes in the law, although I can't remember what they were, if I remember this correctly, that disadvantaged co-ops.
