No idea about that one, but the SKX013 has pretty much been my favourite watch since I got it. I've put it on a black cordovan strap recently:

There's also the Citizen NY2300 which is a similar mid-sized dive watch (my ebay search is set on that and the SKX013, they're similar kind of prices).
Edit: although I've just noticed you said Seiko so that's not quite the answer.

Basically I want a Seiko dive watch <40mm so I'm mainly looking at the skx013. But I've also stumbled across the 62mas modded skx031.
I feel like it's a bit pricey, but as it's already had most of the mods I'd save a bit on that. I guess it's hard not to compare it to the c.£150 for a new skx007.
