Got a new frame and it has this sticker/marker on it. Trying to find out a bit more where this frame has been used and by what rider. Does anyone know the full context of the sticker? It's a Columbus SLX Eddy Merckx with Winora Decals.

The text of the sticker is in German and the visible bit reads:

"Offizieller Förderer der Olympiakandi(d)..." [should continue either as "-at," "-aten", or "-atur"

'Official supporter/funder of the Olympic [candidate(s) or candidature--impossible to tell because the ending of the word is missing, although I think these are the only possible candidates]'

I tried searching who was sponsored by Winora, in 1993 & 1996 Jens Fiedler was sponsored by Winora. But the markings on the frame seems to be more of a H/M and last two C or R and last K. It most likely has been used for training exercises, not competition.
