  • Cheesus...
It look absolutely bonkers when he took off.

  • Cavendish 10th today, behind Sam Bennett who won. Massive crash inside the final km.

  • Meanwhile @taogeogheganhart is on the attack in the Tour de Suisse. 30 seconds up on the peloton with less than 20kms to go.

  • anyone got a decent link for criterium du dauphine catch-ups?
pref 30+mins per stage eurosport in english but anything really.

  • CN ones on youtube, but only show about 5 mins. :(

  • YouTube seems to have most stages as far as I can see.

Or Eurosport is 30 quid for the rest of the year. Nae bad.

  • whatever happened to the good old days when you could find five hours of kirby and kelly per stage?

(don't worry, btw... I'm not sat on a sofa in this nice weather, i'm self employed and just want some background noise / gibberish!)

  • are they the 5min ones or have you find longer ones?

  • Well now, THAT is what I call a result.
    cheers @WillMelling : )

  • Surprised more people don't know about tiz. They had some difficulty during the Giro, site being taken down, Twitter account suspended but when it's working it's invaluable.

  • livestreams are under attack since eurosport is the 'home of cycling'

  • Legends like Kirby don't come cheap, y'know. If they had Imlach as well I'd pay whatever they wanted.

  • You spelt bellend wrong.

  • sorry

  • 'Legends like Kirby' is an oxymoron, surely.

  • Australia have binned Liggett and Sherwen as live commentators for SBS TDF commentary after ITV 4 did last year, only USA left now I think?

I think Tony Gibb rivals our Carlton for uselessness as commentator.

  • Kirby > Ligitt

    Everyone else > Kirby

  • I like Kirby, he cracks me up.

  • Is he going to be doing the TDF commentary? Eurosport's coverage of the Giro is the way forward surely.

  • I especially love the casual racism.

  • oh dear, what's he said?

  • Eurosport's coverage of the Giro is the way forward surely.

Never again please, in my case (and I daresay most of my fellow cycling fans in Netherlands and Belgium). I hope next year Sporza (Belgian national tv sports division) will buy the rights again like they did up to this year, and I will e-mail Dutch national broadcasting to suggest a joint bid. Great commentary, no commercial breaks.

  • It's more xenophobia than racism, but he makes lots of snide comments about the French, the Spanish, the Italians, any other nationality he wants to belittle.

As I've said before, I guarantee Carlton voted for Brexit.
