Just popped my dynowheel in - seems to work but it's so damn sunny that you could barely see it even in my underground car park. Does the placement look daft? Seems a bit fragile up there, but can't see a better option.

Could you turn the bracket upside down? less chance of stuff on the rack interfering
Perhaps mount it with a p-clip on the outside bracket under the rack?
I had a similar problem with a Soma rack and flipping the bracket over (as @TomvanHalen suggested) worked nicely.
