Spyderco UKPK? Though tbh most of the time I've got either a little Opinel or a Victorinox Waiter - the latter especially is small enough to forget about in a pocket, passes the attitude test with no problems, and has the all-important corkscrew...

My EDC is a Boker Plus XS: sharp blade, strong spring, UK carry legal and less than £50 at Heinie Haynes.

Victorinox Electrician. Large + small blades (big one for food, the other for boxes, cable ties etc.), awl (for poking stuff you shouldn't use the tip of a knife blade for) and a bottle opener/screwdriver.
