Problem is charging.
Our block has a couple of lifts - lifts are (generally) three-phase, so there' 90% chance that we have a three phase supply. But - I'd have to square with the management company the project required to take a feed from the incoming three phase, put a meter etc in that was registered to me, then run a decent cable out to the parking space (which belongs to a neighbour, who has no car, who allows me to use it. largely I suspect to stop someone he doesn't know parking there, and that I'd have to buy from him in the potential Tesla situation) where I'd then need to install a charging pillar.
I'd say probably ten grand for that lot. By contrast, there's a petrol station on the way to the Horniman.
