I don't know anyone who can service them, but if you can fix a bike you can service the deck yourself. From memory all these goes wrong with them is that the grease turns to glue and the mechanisms jam up. Get the platter off and start cleaning the old grease off, I found spraying wd40 helped free off any stuck parts. There are some guides online.

Hey thanks... dropped from a few inches and the fascia exploded from its mounts: a couple of metal tabs that look a bit like spade connectors. The side screw retaining plates have come out too. I think I am looking at a lot of gluing... You know the build of these early Cyrus models: Plastic, steel, hardboard - always feels like it's just about holding together!
The amp still works, but I was thinking to just get something that will fit the space, be an upgrade, not frighten the horses.
