If you've bought the frame new from somewhere you'll get a bag with the canti studs in it to fit too the frame.

You won't need any adapter to fit the Vs/mini Vs. the only other thing to think about it the type of leaver your going to use, if your using road bike leavers you'll need a 'travel agent' due to the different cable pull of the Vs.

Awesome, really clear. Thanks dude. It is from new so should be OK on that point.

I know it sounds a bit daft to ask these kinds of questions but without the frame in front of me I'm finding it hard to figure out.

I guess the only reason not to use Mini Vs is if I wanted to use a porteur rack. But I don't have any plans for that atm.

No problem, when I got mine I wasn't sure what was going to turn up either. Have you got the 2016 or 2017 model ?

There are a few issues regard crank clearance on the 2016 models depending on which chainset / BB your using, it was sorted out in the 2017 version.
