  • Do you mean g-spot or goat?

  • Additional to all of this, I had my fitting with various bars and Pro Vibe were super comfy for me.

Like the saddle, I care about contact points and will pick which works above all else. Fizik Aliante saddle, Pro Vibe bars.

That the Pro Vibe was bar end junction compatible sealed the deal. It wasn't what determined the selection, the fit was, but given that I could hide the junction box I am delighted by the selection.

Besides, the junction box argument is a good way to obliterate subjective suggestions as others aren't compatible. But subjectively, the fit wins.

  • Rob is busy washing the enve bars that came with his dalsnibba as we speak....

  • I literally never ride behind him, because of the smell.

  • I think the new deda superzero alloy have internal routing capability so may give them a whirl.

  • ^ nope

    Need to be drilled.

  • gutted
@Señor_Bear is drilling his bars, may be worth discussing with him.

  • It's definitely pink.

  • Looks lovely

  • Yeah, I did it and it all worked perfectly

  • It's gonna be a good one, how long?

  • The only part we don't yet have are the hydraulic levers.

Madison are due to get them in stock from Shimano on the 24th. So in theory the bike will be built and ready at the end of this month.

Cyclefit are pretty excited by it, even with the bikes they routinely build they think this one is special... But then, they probably say that to a lot of customers.

  • I think it's the best chainstay and dropout I've ever seen

  • I'm really pleased with the pink.

It's brighter in real life than the photo suggests, but it has the desired effect. That being the contrast between the lit and shadowed parts is really wide, so even though it's a single colour it has this interesting quality of looking like some kind of fade paint job that changes as you move.

It's delightful. Simple, understated, but interesting to the eye.

  • Good colour. Top work.

  • More pics.

  • More pics.

This. Looks amazing. Pleased you stuck your ground ie not swayed by the forum and went with the Seven. I want one.

  • Looking forward to seeing this on the Dynamo (fingers crossed)!

  • I only popped in quickly to make sure that they had all the bits, or to find out what they were delayed on.

There's just the one photo for now... that one.

  • Hey there's decals on the frame! Looks like it's going to make one awesome bike

  • Just the one decal. It was the only one I permitted.

I looked up a lot of bikes, and if you don't have any decals they look kinda wrong. But I refused all of the little extras, and all of the finesse... just a nice classic bold logo and nothing more.

  • Not even a head badge?

  • There is a headbadge on it, just visible under the booble wrap.

  • Haven't looked yet.

I disliked their head badges, but halfway through the build they released a few new ones for their anniversary. I said I'd accept one of those if it wasn't too late, but haven't confirmed. It's good either way.

I'm pretty excited about the bike but I still want there to be some little surprises when I see it built. You get to the point that is so well specified and you've pored over every detail, that you can picture the built bike. I think there needs to be some magic in seeing it the first time so try not to know everything even though I'm involved in it all.
