Isen workshop: adventures in batch production (or not...)

Sent an order email last night but have not received an invoice as of yet. Did you run out of frames, or are you just busy with more important things like actually building bikes?

Apparently Verity only works part time, so emails may not always be answered same day.

If you have emailed and not heard back, please accept my apologies, verity is not in the office every day, Monday is childcare carnage for me and Caren is doing something in a tent. We will respond to the emails asap, from what I can tell we have a couple of pre-orders left, and as emails are handily time stamped, no one will be able to jump in front of you.

There are 2 outstanding spaces, all emails have been replied to. Working on the assumption the batch will be full by end of day, and can then update on a proper build time line.

OK, chaps there are 5 more invoices out there than there are places. We don't want anyone to be put out and not get a frameset if they wanted one, so if you have an outstanding invoice then it will be honoured up until the end of the week, even if that takes it over 30, as a geture of good will. After that we will be cracking on with the batch.

TLDR: If you have an invoice and want a frameset, pay it ASAP.
