• It really saddens me, he was clearly a young Muslim guy, maybe he feels persecuted, but given the state of the world I'd have hoped he would've had the grace to back off or just apologise

    Wut?!

  • Yeah you're right, as pointed out by another member his ethnicity didn't have anything to do with the guy's behaviour, he just drove like a dick, but the point I was trying to make is at a time like now, when tensions are particularly high, don't you think we should all be making more effort to get along instead of looking for a confrontation straight away? The guy knew he was in the wrong, if he had just tailed a hand to acknowledge that most people would when you make a mistake like that nothing would have come of it, that's what I'm saying.

  • Would you be saying the same if he didn't look like a "young Muslim guy"?

    If not, fuck off

  • You mentioned he was clearly muslim and given the state of the world...

There was no need to mention what religion you suppose he follows.

Your point was he was a muslim and muslims need to be working towards greater harmony.

  • Aggro young guys (other ages/genders available) don't think "oh the world is in such a state right now, can't we all just get along, peace out" though do they. It's not realistic. People don't like being called out, they don't like being in the wrong, they get defensive.
