This is as good as done. Just ignore: blue tack ferrules/pedals/dirty wall. Feels incredible.

Can look past blue ferrules, but that rear and front derailleur wire needs to shorten asap. Otherwise, would ride the shit out of. Do you use a 1" to 1 1/8 adapter on there? You got a link to where you bought it?

Its this cheapie zenith one. Cables have since been shortened; was still not 100% on the indexing/cable tension since it was my first time setting up gears so I left em long. Currently sitting in giro having ridden the shit out of it and can confirm it bangs.
