nice, but those shifters are not compatible with the rear mech
shifters are post-2001, derailleur rear is pre-2001 (most likely, 1999). the shifters does not pull enough cable, therefore, it undershifts approx. 0.2mm per cog. very noisy and fiddly setup, does not work for too long reliably.
