I think so mate, but it'll cost you £3.90 for postage I'm afraid: I'm not working at the moment.
The Tourney needs a lower jockey wheel and the Huret a cable adjuster, which I expect you can salvage from the broken ones.

I've got a couple of basic Shimano rear mechs you can have, 7/8speed compatible I think, are you able to collect in London though, pm if so?
