How much would a maxed-out 13" plus eGPU be, roughly? Compared to a 15"

Quite close... very close... but more portable (excluding eGPU) and much more powerful (including eGPU).
But DayZ relies on a powerful CPU!?
Going for a 512GB SSD to save some quids.
