The ones in mine are straight
-
• #5978
Also Enve ones have a straight edge

Good, and do they work fine? Even on Enve's site I read bad reviews on the other clamp system, hope this ones is better. Seems more straight forward.

I have an unbranded post like the one in your second pic.
It's solid, but very difficult to get the tapered wedges to budge upon loosening (will require brute force) after it's previously been tightened.
There was also some excess carbon/resin/adhesive on the inside of the clamp bore (on the plane where the left and right-side tapers of the bore meet, i.e., oozing out from the gap between the two halves of the mould). The excess material would not have affected its function (tapered wedges don't reach this plane when tightened), but I wanted to be a little neater.
Assembled with carbon paste on the bore tapers and wedges. -

I've got a genuine Enve and I don't think it's ever slipped. @tommmmmmm has a fake Enve, don't know about his one.

Good, thanks for the confirmation, let's order. Cheers!

Unless you have the special clamp for carbon rails, side clamping posts are non compatible too. I have the post you look to have bought and mines brilliant. No slipping

'special clamp for carbon rails'
You mean oval, 7x9mm (C13 Brooks), right?
As I just ordered that, no additional carbon magic. -

I order a few pairs of socks on the 1st June and the tracking has been stuck at 'arrive export exchange' since the 3rd.
Is this normal?

I had something on that. Never went any further on the tracking but the item still turned up at my door. I don't think they're tracked in the UK since it's Chinese tracking but delivered by Royal Mail

Ali tracking is unreliable

Has anyone got any recommendations on choosing a seller on aliexpress for foaklys or in general? Other than sellers with good feedback is there anything else to look for?

Bought foaklys. Temples/Hinges make weird plastic sound when you move them, sounds like super cheap plastic. https://www.dropbox.com/s/faloon00rvlr69u/Foakly.mp4?dl=0
Not available anymore but had 241 orders with 4.9 rating (39 votes). Are all Foaklys like these or did I just order from a bad batch?

Don't think they are. Mine seem super decent quality and I'm well chuffed with them. There's a range of prices though. I paid about £13. There are quite a few cheaper ones that are maybe not as good
-
• #5993
Paid the same
-
• #5994
Yeah, from my experience, paying $5 you get crappy plastic, $15 you get something pretty close to the real thing. Only exception to that has been EVZero which seem a bit cheap and I paid $18.

I've just bought some for £2.50
I'm guessing these will be poorly made but worth a try -

There are some on ebay at the moment, but I'm not sure where they fall on the quality continuum of fauxkleys.

Anyone got any spare Fauxkley Jawbreaker lenses unwanted/unloved?

Racmmer bundle arrived yesterday. Ordered 19th May so 27 days to Ireland. Had a quick try on of the jerseys, sizing is reasonably consistent although they're not identical. The two short sleeves are very aero, not uncomfortably tight but very very snug. The long sleeve is slightly more spacious which is a good thing as I probably wouldn't have fit into the sleeves if they were as tight as the short sleeves.
Haven't tried the bib yet but I suspect it may be too big for me.
Jerseys are all M and bib is L. I'm 180cm and 80kg.Quality actually feels very good. Stitching seems decent and zips feel fine so I've a feeling they'll last well enough!
I'll do some pictures in the next day or two showing details and fit.
Happy with the order and would recommend so far though!
Irritatingly though the Dynadrive pedal adaptors I ordered from a Russian eBay seller a day earlier still hasn't arrived.

Any colour lenses in particular? I'm pretty sure i've a few dark ones around.
-

Happy with any. I just got dark and yellow. Just wanted a variety :)
Yes, I've hammered the clamp out aswell, still the thread is crooked. Came forced in, asymmetrical. QA must have been on a break. ;)
Together with these I should be fixed.
