Aaaaand... not virtual again ;-)

Fuglsang looking very good, might take stage + overall
-
• #13254
Porte must be thinking about getting cut up by Froome on that sprint now...

eurosport player running like a potato for me this afternoon
-
• #13256
I've only been able to use the Eurosport stream without commentary, the other one was just showing football.
-
• #13257
I've not been this surprised by a Dane since 1997.

You don't finish 7th in the Tour without being a decent rider.
-
• #13259
Great end to the Dauphine
-
• #13260
I'm not really casting doubt on Fuglsang, he rode well and cleverly.
Kwiatkowski did a great job today too. -

Antonio Nobali follows in his brothers footsteps... by being DQ'd from the Giro for holding onto a team car. Lolz.
-
• #13262
Antonio Nibali emulating his brother - kicked off a race for holding on to a car.
-
• #13263
I hear Antonio Nubali has done what his brother did and got kicked out of a race for holding on to a car.
-
• #13264
Excellent stage today. I wish I'd watched the rest of the C du D to fully appreciate the drama. But it was gripping racing anyway
-
• #13265
Anyone hear what happened to Antonio Nibali?
-
• #13266
Not saying it wasn't deserved by Fuglsang but was he the strongest rider there? Froome/Porte maybe too concerned about beating each other.
This race has a history of throwing out slightly left field winners i.e. Talansky in 2014.
-
• #13267
He won it fair and square, combining good legs with astute riding.
Porte is probably pissed off at losing, I doubt Froome is too bothered as he has bigger fish to fry.
-
• #13268
Not suggesting you win one of these races by chance or without merit. I think one week stage races by their nature reward riders who go on the attack like Fuglsang and Martin did this week.
It's been great to watch.
-
• #13269
Yea. First couple of stages were meh but those final stages...boom. Great racing.
-
• #13270
Great racing, though won't be easy to smack each other up the slopes as much when you have 5 more days in the mountains to go.
Sky has an embarrassment of riches when choosing their TDF team, all the more important given that Froome doesn't look in imperious form. -

Aru and Nibali seem to be putting more time into designing custom bikes than thinking about how to win races...

• #13272
they must be 'on here'
-
• #13273
Doubt they actually do the designing?
-
• #13274
porte says some teams did not want him to win? can someone please explain this to me? or is it just sour grapes hes sucking on? bit of MTFU req'd?
-
• #13275
Only one team I can think of him referring to, and that'd be for leaving. No idea if possible.
@kboy @Thuekr Except for the virtual lead thing
