Ale, Beer, Stout appreciation

Been a while... I've had some mediocre beers and some downright dissapointing/vile ones over the last couple of months which we'll skip over for now. Back in Wellington for a little bit and hoping to find a few gems.

My brain obviously blanked out the peat-overload in Yeastie Boys Rex Attitude (posted about it when we were in Auckland) and just picked up a xeRRex their Imperial strength version. It seems more drinkable at this strength. Still hunting for sours and saisons, picked up one that looks promising and grabbed 2 St Bernardus tripels on the cheap for good measure. Hope they travelled well...
