Sorry, my error.
On my Giant,see photo, the gear cables exit the levers at the side.
I need a pair of Dura-ace where both the brake and gear cables are routed alone the handlebars underneath the bar tape.

Sorry mine then are not good for you. i think you need to go one level up like the ST-7900 or ST-9000 they have inner cables ,but i don't have the knowledge if they are competable with your set that you already have on your bike.
