-
• #8
Frame + brakes, how much we're talking (asking for friend)?
-
• #9
@Jon. i can do the hubs for £140 posted
@Thrasher rear hub only for £82 posted (a friend here showed interest in the front hub, but i will only split if both are taken)
@GreatSince78 casette only for £50 posted (another friend showed interest before putting everything up here, so he has first dibs on the casette on its own)
@edmundro rides great, really loved it, even got a honky inc. (same geo, same steel, 135 rear and disc brakes, but it would not clear 35c plus guards.. so i sold that and went for a genesis day one..)
@Lolo could do £265 posted
there's pics of the built up bike in my road bikes cp thread (page 2) - hood transition with compacts was really comfortable

added a pair of p2 forks
please buy my shit together so i only have to pay dpd once.. they don't care about the size of the package, just the weight, so a fork does not really differ from a frameset pricewise. if i combined items, price would stay the same.

Man I wish this frame was cheaper. So much want. So little money.

I'd probably have to wait until payday anyway mate. If in the unlikely event you still have this at the end of the month, I'll be in touch

yo can have a beer on me! shoot your paypal over in a pm (being in hungary makes it difficult to actually buy you one) :)
hello all
i'd like to get rid of some items that are currently taking up space/limiting funding of other projects.
SEE SECOND PAGE FOR WHEELSET, PICS OF CASSETTE BELOW
first up my trusty Kona Paddy Wagon (2006, Dedacciai COM 12.5 steel):
bought on here from @1_n and sent immediately to a local framebuilder to weld on canti studs. used it as a commuter with Magura HS66 brakes but over time i realised i'd like to have disc brakes (hello @amey ) and gears. 120mm spacing at the back means either ss/fixed or some obscure hub gear, so i decided to part with it. please find geo chart below, size is 56. takes 35c slicks (Kojak) without guards or smaller with guards/treads. has mudguard eyelets/threads on both ends. comes with salsa seatpost clamp. headset is garbage.

third: a pair of White Industries hubs (MI5 front, LTA rear, both 28h) with an unused shimano Dura Ace casette - bought the rear for the campag casette body, replaced it whith the shimano i had on my wheelset, sourced a front hub to sell them together. the casette is CS-7800 12-25 and it is unused (i think the light brown marks are the factory oil dried up). casette body is titanium, no marks from use. hubs have minor scuffs and signs of use tho. rear bearings are a bit rough, i can include a new pair. rear hub has been laced radially on the drive side - rebuilding it this way would allow to use a machined (1.8mm off the alloy cog carrier) 11sp casette without hitting the spokes. would like to get back what i paid:
£170 posted- SOLDfourth: Kona Project 2 disc only forks (26" non corrected - a2c: 410). was meant for the Paddy, i never used it. bought it second hand so it has a few marks, but good condition.
