That's what I meant by Walsh/Koeman discovering some unheard of gems from the Dutch/German/Portuguese leagues....
The sort of players that would normally cost around £40/50m but will be more like £15/20m for example...like Mahrez, Kante, Gueye etc

yeah, still not convinced, you're relying on every find being cheap, making an immediate impact and fitting into Koeman's way of playing football.
I'm not sure Walsh/Koeman have good track records of finding players, but the odds will be against everyone having the impact of Mahrez, Kante, (did Gueye have a great season?)
Anyway good luck to you with that.
I'm hoping Spurs actually buy some players in July, rather than waiting till the season starts..

Pretty sure the money from lukaku's (possible) sale won't go that far!
You'll be lucky to get half the players you think you need for that. Especially if they're looking for premier league experience... plus English player tax! Adds tens of millions onto players possible transfer fee...
