The altantic has a good over view. Perhaps I'll look for a book on post WW1 history in that region.
I do use aljazeera for a lot of news, they're good, to get a different take on the west.
I guess I'm trying to figure out who the good and bad guys are, but I don't think its so simple as that. It seems a lot of grey. Maybe they're both as bad but in different ways.
