I have an Ultegra di2 hydraulic disc groupset and a set of wheels from an old steel bike. I want to go carbon. Endurance geometry, but still quite punchy.
I've narrowed it down (I think) to the Cube Agree C:62 (2016) or the Focus Cayo Evo (2015)
The Agree is super cheap (£360) but frame only, no forks. I'll either have to beg Cube to sell me some, or use a third-party fork like the Enve or Columbus options.
The Cayo is a bit more but still a steal (£800), and includes forks.
So by the time I've got a decent third-party fork, probably similar cost..

Thoughts?
Am I even allowed to mention the c-word here?! ;)
