Some farmers I went to school with have posted a few Diane Abbott videos, and trotted out the old 'fiscally irresponsible' shite.
What's been heartening this time is a lot of other old school friends who weren't particularly political have been chipping in this time.
I also got talking to a chef on a train back into London on Sunday (who is on Great British Menu this week), and he hasn't voted in the last two elections but has been pulled back in by Corbyn.
The spiel about him winning over some people who were previously disenfranchised does have some merit. Sadly I don't think it will be enough.
