Foffa hi-pro prototype?

It's abit of an ugly ducking but it doesn't have a foffa vibe imho. I'm pretty sure there are no foffas in 531 tubing, let alone with a monostay.

Have wanted one of these for ages, just bought this for £380 which is alot for the condition, and probably for the quality of the frame, but, fuckit, I once spent £100 on an original vinyl album when I already had a better sounding CD.
