as mrs.mespilus is clumsy with hardware,
and I have replaced two previous more expensive monobloc taps. -
Yeah that's a standard tap fitting. Get the associated tap spanner if you don't want to go mental trying to tighten it up!

While I've got the sink out I want to swap out the mixer tap. Any recommendations for a budget-ish mixer tap with one control on the front or right. This is my sink, are they a fairly standard fitting?
