I agree. The reality seems to be that she is lazy and complacent (which I suspect comes from a whole career spent plodding along without any great responsibility in government), and to make matters worse, she becomes patronising when challenged.
I recall Corbyn being questioned on her suitability to a role in his cabinet (i.e. becoming the Home Secretary), and he was - to my surprise - a little noncommittal.
