Cheaper the better, as long as they work.
Can't work out how to embed from flickr but its this frame, picked up off here. Although a mate has it so I can't measure HT length yet, nor do I have a headset yet so don't know stack height of thatIf the fork is long enough I would consider using it threadless having cut the threads off (this is possible right?)

Er, apologies, butting in here if... the Reynolds 531? Wouldn't happen to fit a 110mm head tube (small-ish frame)? Scratches not a prob as will be repainting :-)

I'll pop up the shed ASAP but it's peeing down at the mo'.
From memory I have a nice set of mid blue R531's, they have a few scratches but no dinks so not perfect cosmetically but not beaters either. No eyelets. Price £12? pickup either E11 or EC3M.
I have some others but I'll need to have a dig in the shed.
What's the frame?
