I am aware I might ruffle a few feathers by bringing up a female politician's appearance, but fucking hell these last 7 years have been hard on her. If she is as worn down as she looks...

Not a supporter, but she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes about 2012. Presumably a factor.

Diabeetz just means you have to eat the cakes one by one throughout the day instead of all in one go at 11am.

Are you thinking of progeria?

I'm going admit I have absolutely no idea. I had the impression from somewhere that it could cause a generally unhealthy appearance.
