Theresa May looked particularly harried and out of her depth in that appearance. Her fake laugh and bizarre grin seemed to be signs of stress/Maybot malfunction, not so much of age, I think. She's since appeared looking much more composed.
Yes I'd very much agree. It's not actually about appearance but behaviour.
