At the low end, you'll want easy returns in case you get a pair with shitty bearings.

Otherwise, you can get Shimano Saint MX80 (graphite-ano/raw) with replacable pins (come with optional washers for pin length) for about £25 on eBay.

Just buy some DMR Vault Brendogs. The best and blackest platform pedal by far and worth every penny.
