Yet to pick it up myself but thoroughly enjoyed it at Rezzed (even though it took me a while to realise you can rotate the camera...).
Frozen Synapse 2 is also on the wishlist for sure! Looks awesome.
Edit: Just picked up Tokyo 42 there, not played it long enough to give a more detailed opinion. However, like many other indie Unity titles, optimisation was seemingly not a huge priority. It's running as smoothly as GTAV on low detail settings for me.

Reviews have been slightly disappointing (press that is, Steam reviews are solid), though I did enjoy the demo at a show a few months ago.
Am on the beta for Frozen Synapse 2. It's coming along well
