Am I being wrong here?
Yes.

I never said anything about a drilled frame in the comments on eBay or in the advert on eBay. Not once.

Regardless of whether or not you knew about the problem, now you do. It is not a standard fitting and as such, nobody can use this fork with a brake. That is not for the buyer to find out and have to deal with. It is your problem. If he takes it up with ebay, he will be given a refund without you having a say.

I've offered him a solution just now on eBay. I do understand that this sucks, and I do know that this hole isnst standard, but I can't help it. Its how theyre made.

Should've been mentioned in the listing. As it was I checked the frame was drilled prior to bidding. If I escalated this you wouldnt have a leg to stand on, its as blunt as that. I've seen the "offer" Enough of this nonsense, next stop paypal for a refund in full, as not suitable for purpose.

I offered you 35 euro's as a second. Please let me pay you the 35 euro's. I found these rings cheaper, thought it was fair to offer less.

If you'd asked it was for the ally tubing required to shim this, in addition to a longer recessed bolt. Itll be okay I think with a washer either side. I'll take the 35 euros and have a go, as apart from this, its a nice thing.

One of those where you can see both sides of the argument. Kudos to the seller for showing up in the thread to resolve things.
May I refer you to comment 17. If you can't see something wrong with your statement...
