I see that I won't be able to make one of these rides before Epping returns to bog of eternal stench mode.

Looking at that photo of the ride that Aroogah posted it appears that you all made a den in the woods or something.

Thanks to the back/pit stopping honey badgers for badgering me on through and beyond; being lost/soaked/muddy/exhausted, seat post failure and near front wheel departure in the middle of somewhere. A great day.

Due to peer group pressure from the honey badgers together with the laws of physics and seat post failure, I've upgraded to a stealth "submarine periscope" dropper post. A good idea, so far.

Congrats, now your seatpost can let you down at the push of a button!
