• Your frame is bigger than mine though, how can you still have clearance issues?

    I'm using a flat-mount caliper w/ v-brake bolts so don't use an adapter. Maybe that's where the problem lies?

  • The brake caliper has nothing to do with the clearance, if you see the picture it's not present. The problem relies with the disc distance to the chainstays. At first I thought it was my rear hub but after trying another wheelset I found out it was not.

    Then I asked kinesis and they just sent me a 140 rotor for free :/, I think the welding are to blame here... that and the guy that designed the frame and put on the website initially that 160 rotors where ok.. then changed it to 140... last Kinesis for me.
