It's indeed a modified ENVE fork:
The other parts come from Thomson and the bike is completed by a [sic] ENVE fork, customized with rack eyelets.

how does the deeper section shed mud better? is this something that is only relevant with cantis? i can't see why you wouldn't want a super-light rim like the m50 or their cx tub rim. the ar 4.5 would be great for 28/30mm road tires of course.
