Can vouch for these, I have a pair and the concept is great for adapting to basically any common road bottom bracket type, about to move them into my third frame in a row, installation is rediculously easy as well.

Cheers, I have a 50/34 105 chainset, the only reason I would go with these is to fit their 48/32 chainring, but the rings alone cost around 110, vs 170 of the full chainset. I will give it a pass for now.
