I somewhat believe so, mine managed nearly 270km of recording before I end it (companion's bike derailleur have exploded halting the ride).
What more, at 220km, the battery show something like 22%, a quick charges via an battery chargers, and it's back to 100% in no time, what I can definitely tell you is that the ELEMNT charges a lots quicker than a Garmin.

400k recorded in one go this weekend. My Elemnt will go on for about 12 hours with speed sensor, cadence, hr and routing. Night start so I also had backlight enabled for about 6 hours. Pretty impressed I have to say.
